Two New Stretch Goals Unlocked!
almost 5 years ago – Mon, May 27, 2019 at 12:15:32 AM

Just a quick update today.  I've been busy getting those models i showed you last update all molded up.  3 out of the 4 molds were successful with the Banner Rat needing only a little attention before i can add him to the campaign with confidence.  All in all things are looking really good!

I hope to have the Banner Rat added to the campaign over the next 3 days, so keep an eye out for that.

I also hope to take some time this week to paint up the Hammer Rat and Flail Rat models also.  Really looking forward to seeing them on the tabletop all painted up.

Wow, What an Incredible First Day!
almost 5 years ago – Sat, May 25, 2019 at 03:40:04 PM

The initial response to the Kickstarter has been outstanding.   Far greater than I ever expected.  Not only was the goal met, but the first stretch Goal was reached before i could even get the Second one posted.

Your support has been great inspiration and motivation, I don't want to leave you hanging with nothing new to see.  It's going to be a few more days till I can add additional stretch goals, but in the mean time I can show you a few things i have on my table that are almost ready to be molded and will be added shortly.  I can't wait.

First off a few BookRats with Flails to add to your collection.  These are modifications on the Hammerer's from the first stretch goal.  I'm really looking forward to seeing how the molds for these guys turn out.  might be a bit of a challenge with some of the negative space but i'll find a way!

Secondly a Ratmen Banner Bearer made from a variation of one of the Spear Rats.  I'm so looking forward to painting this banner, you have no idea.

Lastly today, here's a more simplistic conversion of one of the Spear Rats into a third Hammerer Model to add to your unit.  I gave him a little eye patch to give him a little character, this guy is going to be a fun model to paint.

Lastly while i'm on the topic of Stretch Goals, would you be interested in having a PDF painting guide to go with these miniatures as a Stretch Goal?  Let me know.

I'll have more to post soon after the making the masters for these guys.  Thank-you immensely for making this possible, I'm glad to get the chance to share these minis with you!
